You will have a three-year plan for change that staff understand and support, and the tools to undertake annual reviews.

Tier 1
- Initial consultation on organisation leadership concerns.

- Report advising of state of organisation and key areas for focus.
Tier 2
- Structured Senior leadership consultation and external environment workshop.
- All staff strategic analysis workshop.
- Development of three-year plan and one year plan.
- (Optional) ongoing mentoring for organisation to meet its three-year plan.
Tier 3
- Customisation of change management tools for organisation.
- Application of tools annually
- Process and tools shared with staff for ownership.
- Four 1:1 mentoring sessions with an organisational counterpart to support internal ownership.
Note: there are additional fees for organisations larger than 50 people and any travel/reimbursables.
