We develop pathways for support based of the identified need, design training, mentoring, workshops, coaching and other activities to ensure the participants learn the new knowledge and how to apply it into their jobs.

We create space in every program for each individual to be heard and for customised support to be provided. We recognise not everyone learns the same and integrate coaching sessions to ensure specific challenges can be overcome while retaining the pace of the group activities.

We can deliver our services face to face or online. We utilise a blended learning approach utilising videos and interactive online quizzes alongside face to face (or live online) workshops. Every trainer in Xseed Lead has a Cert IV in Training and Evaluation, as well as extensive experience in the topic being delivered. Wherever pertinent Xseed Lead also partners with other experts who can add practical value to the quality of support provided.
